Annual NHS Patient Survey
Annually NHS Wales asks us to help facilitate a survey into your care in NHS Wales establishments.
The result of this are collated by the practice, analysed for common themes and reviewed looking for solutions. Once this has been completed by us, the outcomes are then shared with the Local Health Board every Spring time.
We ask that you take 2 minutes to complete the survey, we need your input to help shape our service provision.
