Home Visit Requests

HOW TO ARRANGE A HOME VISIT

Patients, who require home visits should wherever possible, make the request between 9.00am and 10.30am.  The receptionist will ask for an indication of your problem, this information will help the doctor plan his home visits.  If there is any degree of urgency, please make this clear when telephoning. 

This practice has a strict policy that home visits are only available for those patients whose medical or physical condition makes travelling to the surgery impossible.
